Meet The Collaborators

Lucy and her husband Ray own and operate NuAwlins Catering in San Antonio, Texas. They both were born and raised in New Orleans. Lucy learned to cook from her Italian Mother and Ray's Cajun Grandmother, Gertie. Ray's entire maternal side of the family is from Houma, Louisiana. They still live, work, and eat there! Suzie and her husband Kirby are transplants from Southern California now living in the Charleston, SC area. Suzie has a full time job and not much time for cooking but still prefers home cooked meals. Her favorite foods are rich and spicy. She loves to experiment with exotic eastern spices.
