Walnut Brownies by Paula Deen



Serves 15-20
  • 2 C Sugar
  • 1 C Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Lg Eggs
  • 6 Tbsps Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla
  • 2 Cups All-purpose Flour
  • 2 1/4 Tsps Baking Powder
  • 1 1/2 Tsps Salt
  • 1 C Walnuts, chopped

  1. Preheat to 350 F.
  2. Blend sugar, oil, eggs, cocoa, and vanilla.
  3. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add flour mixture to wet mixture and then add nuts.
  5. Spread into greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Test with a toothpick.
