Serves 15-20
- 2 C Sugar
- 1 C Vegetable Oil
- 4 Lg Eggs
- 6 Tbsps Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla
- 2 Cups All-purpose Flour
- 2 1/4 Tsps Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 Tsps Salt
- 1 C Walnuts, chopped
- Preheat to 350 F.
- Blend sugar, oil, eggs, cocoa, and vanilla.
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add flour mixture to wet mixture and then add nuts.
- Spread into greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes. Test with a toothpick.
