Peanut Butter Brownie Cups

BROWNIE MIX
2 Cups Sugar
1 Cups Vegetable Oil
4 Lg Eggs
6 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
1 Tablespoons Vanilla
1 3/4 Cups All-purpose Flour
2 1/4 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt

FILLING MIX
8 Ounces Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 1/2 Cups Whipped Cream
20 Maraschino Cherries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

BROWNIE MIXTURE
Blend sugar, oil eggs, cocoa, and vanilla.
Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add flour mixture to wet mixture and combine well..
Spoon batter into 20 paer-lined muffin cups.

FILLING
Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, peanut butter and vanilla with mixer until blended.
Spoon 1 rounded Tablespoon into center of batter in each cup, pressing lightly into batter.
Bake 30 minutes or until centers are set.
Cool on rack .
When ready to serve, top with whipped cream and a Maraschino cherry.
